Very good. This was the easiest company to work with. Showed up early, listened to my issues & especially the ongoing spider problem since I live in Holladay and it’s been the worst this year. They explained the plan and got to work. Easy experience.

We live in Olympus Cove and have had a huge amount of spiders and ants this year. Finally decided to take care of it. Taylor replied promptly to our service request and boy did he have his work cut out for him. Never having sprayed before he was extremely thorough prepping the exterior before spraying. He also went over our options to choose a product that was safe and effective for our family. We are looking forward to using them again come fall!

We had a major ant problem this year. Mounds of them in the driveway and the sidewalk in front of our house. Then, we had them inside the house.

We looked for a company to use, and chose TAGZ. The website was so clear and informative. We knew the pricing without having to wait for a quote. Also, we live near the Capital, which is in their service area. Taylor came out quickly and assessed the problem. It was so easy! We haven’t had any problems since then. I like the plans available and the flexibility to change them if we want to.

TAGZ did an awesome job finally getting rid of the ants and spiders I could not get out of my house. I also feel much better not having to have a bunch of traps out when we have little kids in the home. Easy to schedule, came quickly, and great price hallelujah!

TAGZ was great to work with - super friendly, very fair price, and no contract needed. After buying our first house in Sandy, I kept finding Black Widows in the garage no matter what I tried (even had other services come out), and with a dog and infant at home I really wanted them gone. TAGZ came out and took care of them - haven’t seen a Black Widow since! Highly recommend this company.

We exclusively use TAGZ at our Salt Lake City office building and our Terminal in South Salt Lake. I feel like their approach is better than the rest because the inspection is pretty detailed, the plan is well thought out, and prevention is a key focus to help avoid obvious misses- not just spray-and-kill, but a proactive approach. As a manager, I find it easy because they provide reports I can use when handling audits, and its one less task I need to worry about. Forever thankful for their customer service and patience with me, I kept asking them to “simplify” it more for me, LMBO. Thanks TAGZ!!

Super impressed with Taylor and TAGZ pest control. They are a small family owned company and were extremely responsive to my calls and needs. Taylor sprayed one of my rental properties on a rainy day and warned we might need a second visit. When the tenants reported still finding a spider or two, he immediately went back out and sprayed again for no extra charge. Great local business that works hard to provide excellent service. Highly recommended.
