1. LEARN
Understand the property first.
Every property is different. We start by understanding your concerns, inspecting the property, and identifying the conditions that may be contributing to pest activity.
2. PROTECT
Treat with a plan, not a checklist.
We build a treatment plan around your property, your needs, and what we find. No unnecessary treatments. No one-size-fits-all approach.

Anyone can promise great service. We believe it should be visible in every visit. Here’s what you can expect whenever you choose TAGZ.
We Respect Every Property We Visit
Whether it's your home or your business, we treat every property with professionalism and care.
✓ Boot covers during interior visits
✓ Property left clean
Service That Fits Your Property
No two properties are the same. Whether it's pets at home, gate codes, restricted access areas, operating business hours, or how you'd like us to communicate, we'll do our best to tailor every visit around your property and your preferences.
Never Rushed
Every property is different. We take the time to understand your concerns, answer your questions, and make thoughtful recommendations instead of rushing through another appointment.
The Right Solution for the Right Pest
Not every insect around a property should be treated the same way. When honey bees are involved, TAGZ prioritizes safe relocation through local bee resources when practical. For wasps, yellow jackets, hornets and other pest threats, we determine the appropriate treatment for the situation.

WHY TAGZ
Questions, answered.
A clearer approach to pest protection starts with clear answers.
We believe great service starts long before the treatment. Instead of relying on unsolicited door-to-door sales or one-size-fits-all service, we focus on earning your trust through thoughtful recommendations, clear communication, and a customer experience built around your property and your needs.
No. We proudly serve homeowners and businesses throughout Salt Lake County. While we’re familiar with the unique pest pressures found in East Bench neighborhoods like Holladay, Millcreek, Cottonwood Heights, and Olympus Cove, our service area extends across the entire valley, including Sandy, Draper, South Jordan, Riverton, West Jordan, Murray, Midvale, Taylorsville, and surrounding communities. Every neighborhood has its own seasonal pest challenges, and our recommendations are tailored to your property, local conditions, and the time of year, not a one-size-fits-all treatment plan.
We start by listening. Then we assess your property, identify active concerns and likely entry points, and walk you through clear recommendations before treatment begins. You’ll know what we’re addressing, why we’re recommending it, and what to expect next.
We look at your specific pest activity, property layout, seasonal conditions, and priorities. Our recommendations are designed for your situation, whether you need help with a current issue or want dependable prevention throughout the year.
Not always. Many exterior services can be completed while you’re away, and we’ll communicate clearly before and after every visit. If interior service or access is needed, we’ll coordinate a time that works for you.
Yes. We take a thoughtful, targeted approach and can discuss lower-tox options when they are appropriate for your property, family, pets, and the pest concern at hand.
It depends on what you’re seeing. Honey bees play an important role in our environment, so we work with local bee relocation resources to help protect honey bees whenever safe relocation is possible. For wasps, yellow jackets, hornets and other stinging pests, TAGZ can recommend the appropriate treatment.
