RETAIL STORES & SHOWROOMS · SALT LAKE COUNTY
RETAIL PEST CONTROL
Retail pest control should account for customer-facing areas as well as the parts of the property customers rarely see. Receiving, stockrooms, employee areas, entrances, utilities, waste areas and exterior conditions can all affect pest pressure.

RETAIL SERVICE RECORD
TAGZ puts key findings and completed actions first, with supporting details afterward. Store managers can identify the sales-floor, stockroom or receiving location involved, conditions needing attention and next-visit priorities.

RETAIL PEST CONTROL QUESTIONS
TAGZ assesses rodent entry opportunities and conditions supporting activity, then uses monitoring and targeted control where appropriate under the agreed plan. Receiving doors, utility openings, stockroom clutter, waste and employee food can contribute to returning activity. Recommended building repairs and staff prevention steps need coordinated follow-through; repairs are not implied to be part of TAGZ service.
TAGZ and the responsible store manager agree on timing and access during planning. Sales-floor traffic, delivery windows, stockroom access and applicable treatment directions guide the agreed timing.
Frequency depends on the type of store, building conditions, delivery activity, pest history, food presence where applicable and surrounding pest pressure.
Share the exact area, when the activity was noticed and a photo if available. Tell the responsible manager about delivery, waste or employee-food concerns nearby. TAGZ uses those observations with inspection findings to review recurring locations and recommend follow-up.
A useful service record should identify areas inspected, findings, treatment performed, relevant materials, locations requiring continued monitoring and recommended property actions.
